		<description>As one of the Tweeters from the scene, I can only imagine the benefits of this tool during an incident of a much larger scale. I can definitely see how Facebook helped the Va. Tech students communicate with each during the incident there a couple of years ago, and see lots of unrealized potential on the part of first responders and our emergency management personnel.
