The bottom line -- large corporations are going to have a the occasional flare-up with bad employees. All they can do is try their hardest to train them NOT to behave that way and hope the public forgives them when stuff like this happens.</description>

		<description>I&#039;m not really that surprised at what these workers did in the restaurant, but I am surprised that these idiots actually posted the videos on the internet. Unfortunately I think these things happen at many fast food joints and restaurants, not just Domino&#039;s. It is nearly impossible for these companies to prevent things like this from happening.</description>

I am a strong advocate for use of social media in organizations, but this case can only make companies more restrictive on their employees access to it. I know an HR policy would not have prevented this instance, but it is a shame if anyone relates YouTube or social media with clowns like these.
