Good story. I’ll remember it next time I’m addressing a common client question: why fuss over finessing the type when the average person doesn’t know a serif from a descender? The answer is that people can sense things they may not be able to name. Lamb Brain Ravioli Story will become part of my ammo.

Comes down to doing the little things and those little things can make the difference between you ordering the lamb brain ravioli or retching in disgust. Fine line…but kudos to the restaurant for pulling it off.
