I have passed on the link to my followers on twitter, as I have also done for many of your other blog posts. I do try to observe all the things mentioned in your post, but still have to work on it ... as I guess most people do.</description>

Though I think the #1 rule for using Twitter is &quot;there are no rules.&quot; Use Twitter however it works best for you, because if you are not using Twitter for yourself, instead focusing on what others are thinking of you, you are missing the point of Twitter.

The only real &quot;rule&quot; I disagree with on here is #6: &quot;Irrelevant Tweets.&quot; What is irrelevant is relative to your follower/followee group. While PowerTwitterUser123&#039;s group of followers may not care what he is grilling up for dinner tonight, I have found that my set of followers respond to more personal tweets than anything else. For some reason people seem to care where I ran, what restaurant I tried out, or what show I&#039;m watching far more than any more &quot;profound&quot; or important tweets I send out.</description>
