Another tip that I find works well is using the Pareto Principle, or the 80/20 rule. 80% of the value comes from 20% of your work. If you focus on the 20% that yields the most value, you&#039;ll find you&#039;re eliminating lots of useless activity, which gains you extra time. Means don&#039;t bother reading the junk email...question every task you do...don&#039;t get caught up in office water cooler talk....
