Do you do get as much bang from your social media buck as you want? If you’re like most of us, the answer is probably no. Why is that? It’s because we don’t have enough time to upload and share all the content we’d like to.

It’s a common problem, and it’s something the team at Likeable Local has set out to fix. Their new tool, called Likeable Hub, is designed to provide people like you and me more umph when it comes to their social media campaigns.

The best part about LikableHub is the simple user interface.

I don’t know about you, but I’m a junkie for simple, elegant user interfaces. The simpler something is to use, the more you use it. Just ask Steve Jobs.

That’s one of the greatest strengths behind Likeable Hub — it’s gosh darn easy to use, which makes it perfect from SMBs who are also trying to deal with bookkeeping, operations, and HR issues at the same time they’re trying to use social media to connect with prospects and customers.

Once you’re inside the platform, you’re greeted by the Likeable Hub dashboard, which has tabs for Listening, Storytelling (posting), Ideas, Analytics, InBox, Hub Site, Resources, Settings, and Logout.Screen Shot 2015-07-10 at 5.53.17 PM

The first step for anyone setting up an account is to update your settings, which include connecting your social accounts to the platform so you can post to your social channels from inside Likeable Hub.

Interested in scheduling a post to deploy later? Great — just click the timer to let Likeable Hub know when to deploy the post.

Do you want to monitor and listen to what your customers are saying about your brand? Or, better still, what they’re saying about your competitors? You can choose keywords and phrases to listen to on Twitter and monitor your Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn feeds. You can even Like, comment, favorite, and re-tweet posts and comments from your fans, too!

The analytics dashboard is pretty snazzy, too. Check out the graphic below to see some of the features there.

There’s one key feature that makes Likeable Hub stand out from all the other social media management platforms I’ve tried.

Let’s say you’re running a restaurant, a coffee shop, a retail store, or whatever — the odds are you’re so busy running your business that you don’t have time to research content to share with your followers.

Likeable Hub solves all that for you.

You can click on the ideas tab (below) to see a list of ideas that might work for your social media sharing program.

You can also click the news tab to see a feed of news items that you can share with your audiences.

What’s the bottom line with Likeable Hub?

Here’s what I think makes Likeable Hub special:

  1. User Interface: As mentioned above, this is a simple, easy-to-use platform that has big, juicy graphics — perfect for people who are in a hurry or who have short attention spans.
  2. Quick Start: Getting started with some platforms is a grind because there’s just too much coming at you all at once. Not so with Likeable Hub — getting started only takes a few minutes, which is perfect for busy small- to mid-sized businesses.
  3. Depth of the Platform: Just because Likeable Hub is easy to get started on doesn’t mean it lacks the bells and whistles. Quite the contrary — the Analytics, Ideas, and Resources tabs provide plenty of goodies for you to play with.
  4. Secret Weapon: I love the Ideas feature on Likaeble Hub. It’s perfect for people who need to get a lot done in a short amount of time.
  5. Mobile App: I almost forgot to mention — there’s an app for that! Which makes using Likeable Hub from the road a snap.

The bottom line: If you’re an SMB and are trying to find a social media management tool to help you set-up, run, and manage your social media program, you can’t go wrong with Likeable Hub. It’s from a well-respected firm (Likeable Media) with a long history of delivering the goods. Check it out.
